I have a strange problem while connecting with ssl on Mysql.

mysql version    5.0.51b-log
openssl version: 0.9.8c
OS: Linux Debian Etch

i compiled from source (downloaded from mysql site) with openssl support.
i generated certificates like show in the mysql site.
added certificates to the my.cnf ( [client] and [myslqd] sections)
created a user with grant all privileges....Requre ssl;
connected with the ssl user from mysql administrator and checked have_ssl=yes ssl_cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA
but if i restart the service the ssl user give me a 1045 error message and i cannot connect anymore with that user, and i need to create a new one to connect again.
