I don't understand what you are saying.

But if you want to be able to send Email with different "From" addresses in it. ie
user1@mail.com
user2@mail.com
etc...

YOu can do this with the latest version of Windows Live Mail.  All you have to do is create an account for each address.  When done you will also have an inbox for each address in the folder tree.

If this isn't what you are looking for could you please explain it a little better.

No,what Ur saying is just opposite what i am saying ..

i want to send mails from user@mail.com from different outlook mail client configured in different computers.
Are you using an exchange server or you trying to set up POP3 accounts?
So you want to use your email address user@mail.com on your laptop and on your desktop and on you Moms computer.

You can do that, there is no problem in doing this.  The only catch is POP3  When Outlook connects, if you are using POP3, then the first computer to connect to the mail server will download new mail.  For that reason you need to make sure you enable the "leave mail on the server" option in Outlook, or better yet use IMAP.
i am using exchange server

I have assumed that is the same AD Account that is going to be used for that Mailbox, I mean the AD Acciunt is linked to the Mailbox.
with exchange server when it comes to sharing emails for a particular project you may want to consider using public folders, create a different folder for every project, then get people to copy/move emails they get into the respective project (public) folder. Thats one way of doing it.

There are alternatives to this, you can simply share your mailbox, after assigning permissions, you can click on account settings, more settings, advanced, open other mailbox.
See this error :

Alternately you could add the second user in the tools/account settings Double Click Excange.  More settings/Advanced.  Under "Open these additional Mailboxes" click Add and enter the mailbox in question.

Of course you need to make sure that this user in question as full access to the 'second mailbox'

Then in Outlook you need to activate the "from field" and then when you want to send an mail as the second user you'll need to type that name in the from field when you compose the email

However, if you don't specify the From Field, then when you send an email, it'll have the primary users 'From Address" which isn't what this person wanted.  They want to use the same sending account for multiple clients.
Proactivetek:

I did what u said and clicked the "Finish" button.

Please tell me what to do ..next ?
when u open outlook now, you will see two mailboxes, one you had, and one you just added (try checking if you can see emails in the inboxof the just added mailbox) . Users now can see the "shared" mailbox. Ofcourse you need to the same for all other users who need to access the mailbox.

Thanks for all information ..i made it ..

but now ..

i cannot see the mails after i read ..it got dissapear after i read mails.

Is this mails are storing in pst ? if not ,how to store in pst? will this effect the primary mail machine emails if i store both mail server in pst files in each servers ?

i am not sure I understand what u mean by "i cannot see the mails after i read ..it got dissapear after i read mails."
