Yahoo chat room entering error

I'm using win 2003 & ISA 2004/2006
On ISA server machine i'm able to login in to yahoo chat room & I can enter in any room & chat/web cam/ Voice everthing but not on any workstation machine.
It looks like ISA policy or firewall is blocking the connectino for all.
any solution from anybody  ???

current situation is   like this
I have 2 NICs
one for SAT connection on DHCP & other  for local network. SAt connection with Auto DETECT proxy wroks fine aways & always on.
I use ISA server IP as proxy on same machine, it fails when ISA has any problem.
With one access policy it works fine that i used to create against default one.

Rest other policies doesn't work whenever I create one more policy.

I think DHCP connection with No DNS is making problem somewhere  that i'm not able to trace it out.

Ok
Before I close the case, problem started coming again. I used to get TCP / IP error in ISA 2006 & i was forced to uninstall & install it again.
After I did install & make it working for all by importing policy , messenger stopped connecting now. It connects with PROXY or FIREWAL WITH NO PROXY but I cannot enter in chat after choosing any room from the list.
with NO PROXY  yahoo messenger is not even logging on.

As I have seen, this problem is from yahoo.
It gives many types of error e.g. - 999  or  chat erro.
