ActiveSync error 0x85010014

I recently changed my network IP range, and since then mobile devices using Active-Sync no longer work. They display an error 0x85010014.

What is a bit weird is that OWA is working fine, which indicated the firewall port forwarding is OK. Additionally the ActiveSync ports (990,999,5721,5678,5679,26675) have been modified to the new IP

I checked out Sembee's article at http://www.amset.info/exchange/mobile-85010014.asp and all of the settings mentioned in the aricle are OK. (They had to be, I guess because before the IP change it worked OK).

Is there any troubleshooting steps that I should take.
