Thanks for this solution, it has really given some direction. &nbsp;Same time the mail client users are based out of different domain/different company. &nbsp;They are the requesters for us and we are trying to find a simple solution with lotus notes mail to manage this.<br />
How can we tackle this situation...thanks to guide us again...

I went through couple of solutions - creating central mail database and stuff...does not work for me. &nbsp;I should be able to prepare a package of these stationaries into one database file and replace this file with other stationary database file in other mail client.
