Can you use Group Policy to allow a service to interact with the desktop?

I have a customer that is using SMS and RDP to connect to a Windows XP Machine.  He says that he needs to go to the Remote Desktop Service and adjust the logon properties such that the "allow service to interact with the desktop" check box is checked on the Log On properties of the service.  He would like to do to this via Group Policy so that he doesn't have to touch each machine.   Is this possible?  The only info I found at microsoft's website was that you couldn't run both SMS remote control and RDP on the same machine at the same time, but my customer says it works as long as the RDP service has the check box checked.
