Good Morning,

I have a table with rows in it that I would like to make data entry columns in a query, form, and report.
For instance,

I have a project table with the following columns:
Project
DateType
Start
End

There is a Date Type table that has the following columns
DateTypeID
DateTypeName

The Date Type table can hold many different date types in it for instance
Estimated, Actual, Implementation, PIER

Is there a query, form, or VBA that I can create using every row in the Date Type table and have it as a column in the Project table?  So that I have the following columns:

Project
Estimated
Start
End
Actual
Start
End
Implementation
Start
End
PIER
Start
End

Is there a way for me to show this on reports as well?  That way the report will show the rows as columns as well?
Thanks
