asked on Can't print in remote desktop connection
I have a HP Color LaserJet CP1215 printer that I just installed on a workstation that uses remote desktop to access company data. This workstation must be able to print from remote desktop to the CP1215, but I cannot get it to print while using the RDP connection. It will print locally but not remotely. I have already tried the usb port forward fix on microsoft's web site and that did not work. I have run into officejet's and other all in one's not working in this situation, but never a laserjet. Thanks for your help.

What is the OS on the Terminal Server?

Just got off the phone with HP. They said that this is a HOSP printer and because of that it will not work in this manner. It may not be possible, but if anyone knows of a work around I would be thankful. Thanks.
