I have Verizon FiOS service which came with an ActionTec router. I would like to REPLACE the FiOS router with a Wireless-N router with gigabit ethernet.
I can make the system work by plugging the ActionTec router into the LAN port on the Linksys (and putting the WAN cable into the ActionTec). My problem is that I then cannot configure the Linksys router. Every time I enter 192.168.1.1 into my browser, I end up at the Actiontec router. They both seem to have the same IP address.
I would like to replace the ActionTec router completely, or at the very least make it so that I can configure both via the web browser.
