The advantage of the pay software is that the PDF can be filled in by a person and saved.<br />

The way I do this, for free, is to download Open Office -- <a href="http://www.openoffice.og" rel="ugc">www.openoffice.og</a><br />
It is the best replacement for Microsoft office there is.<br />
It handles HTML documents and is superb at creating PDF documents.<br />
Using this program, you would open an HTML document, then save it as a PDF.<br />
The only thing is, I don't think the open fields are then editable -- I think they are fixed for printing.<br />

I would try openoffice first, if you have the time, and see if it can do what you want. &nbsp;It is a terrific office suite that can work with all MS office document types.<br />
<br />
If no go, then check out form editing software that can make EDITABLE PDFs from HTML files.
