We have Outlook 2003 with XP service pack 2. &nbsp;We are using a Exchange server 2003. &nbsp;When I right click on the properties of contacts the option for showing contacts in the address book is not checked and it is grayed out so I cannot check it. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Cannot display contacts when using address book
