label printing

Hi everyone
i have a zebra ZTC Z6 Mplus 300 dpi printer. i have installed driver and given IP etc and all is fine. it uses labels that seem to be 15cm wide and 21cm long so i have created a custom size for this. however when i print a label through excel then i just get a letter here and there and comes out on 3 labels instead of 1 so i have a problem somewhere. should it be done through word? whats the best way to do the labels, i just want 3 lines on the label i.e. QTY, PO, ETC and a figure beside each one???

thanks

Mike:

Check the ouput resolution of the printer. Printer resolution of 300dpi or greater is better.

Mike:

In Printers and Faxes, right Click the printer HP LJ2015 then Go to Printing Preferences.
When Printing Preferences window appears, Click the Finishing Tab. Check the value in the Print Quality.
Ensure that the check box for economy mode, if there is any, is unchecked.
