Event log error message, is this serious?

Hi,

I was going through our event log under Applications and I see a bunch of Error under 'Type' and VSS under 'Source'  the actual message when I expand it is - Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine CoCreateInstance.  hr = 0x80070422.  Is this something I should be concerned about?  It's a Win 2003 server with Raid 5 configuration.  Is this a sign that something is going wrong with the drives?  I'm not familar with this error message.
