run some boot CD tools under your SO, and remove the files that they are bothering you..
but....when you restart....if the files are there again...the virus is not completly removed..
this is the easy way...other way is to clic right over those files and set permissions again...
right clic property/security/advance over there.....remove any sets you dont know..and apply your users...same in owner and special ....and do the same with the other files...
but...with a boot CD ...it's juts remove files..
