File Upload Script
Looking for a fairly secure file upload scipt in PHP.
something where I have a form:
Name
Email
Phone
File Upload [browse...]
Once the user submits the information, an email is sent to a recipient and the file gets uploaded to a server.
Error Checking: all fields required, email format, only uploadable formats: WMV, MOV, MPEG, AVI, Quicktime
Any help would be much apprecaited.
