how to trace the deadlock using alert log file?

Hi Experts,
I want to look for deadlook error in the alert log file?
I need to knwo how to trace it and how we will find the trace file for that?

I need to know how we can detect the deadlock using alertlog.
we can find the deadlock information in the alert log file, then we have to check trace file.
I am not quite sure thats why i have posted a question.

I know that we have see for ORA-0060 errors in the alert.
we have follow some steps to kill one of the session which we can find in alert log.

Hi Yuzh,
We can detect deadlock in alert log.
then we have to check userdump file for that paricular time.
there we can find the whole information what actually is causing the deadlock.
that i wanted to know
