Set "Is Unread" property in the Advanced Search Query Builder

I am trying to create an advanced search using the Query Builder tab.  I want to create a search that filters on Unread mail OR flagged mail.  In the query builder I can add a rule for flagged mail, but I do not see a field for read/unread.  Am I missing something?

Hi, Zman771.

I'm not clear on where you are in Outlook.  I'm not aware of an "Advanced Search" in 2007.  There's "Instant Search", "Query Builder", and "Advanced Find".  I need to understand where you are in order to try and help.

Then you're going to have to tell me the exact menu choices to make since I don't see anything called "Advanced Search".

That opens "Advanced Find" not "Advanced Search".  I know that Find and Search have the same meaning, but when troubleshooting problems it's important to know for sure what screens/dialogs the other person is seeing.

In the field enter Read, in Condition enter Equals, in the Value enter No.
