what dll WireShark uses to detect the network interface card

Last Modified: 2013-11-09

I'm using WinPcap to develop software that captures TCP packages. My question is what DLLs that I need to include in my software package to detect the NIC card on the host machine.
Currently I included packet.dll, Wanpacket.dll, wpcap.dll, but when I run the software, it couldn't detect the NIC card of the host machine. If I install Wireshark on that machine, then my software run fine. That made me think that there must be some DLLs from WireShark besides the 3 DLLs above which are able to detect the NIC card.

Is there any way to figure that out?
