Trouble with a new SonicWall firewall and Terminal Server Connection

I just installed a new SonicWall Firewall to replace the old one that died.  Everything seems to be connecting but I am having problems with connecting people to the Terminal Server.  I can establish multiple connections to the firewall but when they try to connect to the terminal server.  I can get one to connect but the rest get the sign on screen but then when they go to sign on they get the message back that they can not connect because the server is not available, etc.  I can connect with their sign ons to the server from the LAN.  I am looking for suguestion as to where to look from here.
