I cant get your file to open after renaming back to PSD, try opening your Layers panel, clicking on the layer that appears to be locked (if it is truly locked, there will be a lock icon on the layer itself). If the layer is *not* the &quot;Background&quot; layer, just click on the layer and click on the lock icon at the top of the Layers panel (the location differs between versions of photoshop). That should unlock the layer.

Hi none of the layers have lock next to them, but have noticed they dont seem to be in text format anymore ( theres not &quot;T&quot; in the layers toolbox? Have attahced it gain?<br />

Let me get this straight to the point.<br />
to put an image in the middle you have to create space between the two texts.<br />
<br />
Medical Society is no longer a text. its rasterized layer.<br />
to make it small, select that layer, do a free transform (Ctrl+T and resize it.<br />
Hit numerical-key 'enter' when you are done.<br />
<br />
The Univeristy of Sheffield is a font with size 30.<br />
reduce the font size accordingly.<br />
you can also use the above method of Ctrl+t to resize it.<br />
<br />
the reflection of The Univeristy of Sheffield is not a font.<br />
do ctrl+t and resize it to match.<br />
<br />
You can even link the The Univeristy of Sheffield txt and its reflection and do Ctrl+t to resize it.<br />

Hi been fiddling around with this .psd am trying to add a picture between "The unveristy of sheffield" and Medical society. hence i want to move them apart so i can add a picture in the middle. but they seem to be locked and i cant select the mto move them? Any ideas/ Thanks
