First you need to make sure you have the routing correct.<br />
If the two routers dont know how to communicate iwth one another a ping isnt going to make it.<br />
I cant tell you have to config your routers for this but once you have a route between the 2 they should talk with no issues.<br />
Also make sure the firewall rules on both routers allow for communication between the 2

so to route from a 192.168.1.X to 10.0.0.X you would need a second router....<br />

Unless your router does VLANS or something like that.<br />
Why would you want to different subnets on the same physical link unless you have tons of client machines.

I cant tell you how to program it I am not a cisco expert but essentially here is the deal - <br />

Lets say its a 48 port<br />
<br />
You can make port 1-20 subnet 192.168.1.X<br />
<br />
Port 21-40 can be 10.0.0.X<br />
<br />
And so on....<br />
This way you plug in the machine you want on one network into that certain port.<br />
<br />
Now what I would do is close this question and award me 5000000000 points :) but I would create a new question and place it in the Cisco section and specify exactly what you want. &nbsp;This cisco junkies can answer your question no problem.<br />

I just setup a new subnet in AD (sites and services) 10.0.0.x<br />
My other subnet is 192.168.1.x<br />
