EventID 77 Warning: Active Directory Connection to Server1 has been reestablished to Server 1

I have a Dell PowerEdge 2900 running Windows Server 2003 R2 and Exchange Server 2003 along with IIS and all of the other components that go along with at.  It's also the Certificate Authority that I use to issue certificates to my staff for encrypted email.  This Server is named SERVER1 and everything WORKS.

However, I receive an Event ID 77: The "Windows Default" policy module logged the following warning: The Active Directory connection to SERVER1 has been reestablished to SERVER1.

It comes up fairly regularly and I would like to correct it but I can't find any cause for the error.  Any help you can offer would be great.

Check AD and DNS logs.. Run DCDiag and NETDiag and check if you see any errors. If you face any errors pls post the errors here which well help me to think further.
