Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated

We are running SBS 2003.  WSUS filled up our C: drive, and Exchange stopped functioning.  Exchange is located at:  D:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata  After a reboot, exchange will no longer start.  When I look in the Event Viewer this error appears:

Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7024
Date:            7/16/2008
Time:            6:28:51 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      SERVER
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated with service-specific error 0 (0x0).

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I have done a system restore by starting in safe mode, but that did not solve the problem.  Any ideas on why my exchange isn't starting or how I should proceed?

I uninstalled AVG for exchange and the information store starts now.

However when outlook clients try to connect to it, they get an error (0x8004011D), and it says the exchange server is not available.  Connecting to OWA works just fine, its just outlook that doesn't work right.

Looks like the licensing got screwed up when the C: drive filled up.  I just went into the licensing util, and found they only had 5 licenses installed, instead of the 10 they paid for.  I installed the other 5, and now they are up to 10.

However the outlook client is still having the same problem.
