We have a service business that uses outlook and ActiveSync with phones for the scheduling calendar. Here is what we want to happen.
When you go to schedule an appointment for a customer the following questions are asked:
Name
Address
City, St ZIP
Phone
Alt Phone
CBA
Make/Model
Warranty
Issue
PT
Once that information is entered it will actually then populate the Subject with:
Name - Address - City St Zip - Phone - Alt Phone - Make/Model - Warranty - Issue - PT - CBA
Example:
Bob Smith - 123 Main St - Anytown, CA 90210 - 213-555-1212 - 213-444-1212 - GE Washer PSI234 - No - Not spinning - 1 - 30 minutes
