not got any cables yet, this is for someone at work so im not sure what tv he has<br />

from what ive seen the s-video cable and the Stereo jack 3.5mm to phono lead (red / white) plugs for the audio seems to be the way i might go on this, just need to know if im gonna need the scart dapter yet.<br />

There is no audio through that cable - just RGB video signal. You'll need the corresponding connectors on the TV (and they will be coloured the same)
