folder problem
i have a software disk which has three folders inside -one for french, 1 for dutch and 1 for english.
when i click on the dutch and french they open all right but when i click on the english it will not open but when i put my cursor over the folder it tells me what' s inside it .
i have used explorer but it still wont open.
any ideas what to do?

Is the disk scratched? The disk maybe damaged where the english folder resides. Try cleaning the disk.
do you get a message when you try to open the folder?

no message comes up and i have cleaned the disk but stillthe same.
maybe you should try to copy that folder to your local drive and see if that is possible...if not then the disk might be corrupted

contacted the disk manufacturer and was told the software will not run on windows xp
