Blackberry User "Not Started"
I'm running BES 4.1 connected to an Exchange 2007 server. There are only 2 users on the BES, and both were working great for a couple of months. The other user notified me that they don't seem to be syncing. I checked in the BB Manager and the last contact time is 6/30.
In the Event Log I get the following errors together, over and over again for that user:
1. {Email Address} MAPIMailbox::CreateMsgOnDe
2. OpenDatabase() failed for User's Name
3. User User's Name not started
I can't seem to find much information on this specific issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
