File mirroring in 2 servers

Hi,

we have 1 live server.and recently we set load balancer for this server.What we did is we are running service for every 10 minutes to replicate all the folders in live server to load balancer server.But this is getting problem as any request go to load balancer server with in 10 minutes.What we want is to replicate all files in live server to load balancer server whenver any changes to live server instead of every 10  minutes.Could you please provide me best solution.Is there any way to replicate all the files whenever any changes made to live server?server are windows 2003 and service pack 2.

I am using PeerSync from www.peersoftware.com to do the file replication on my servers and it works well. It does instant replication from one server to the other.

Peer Software costs $600 whereas DFS comes as a built in option in 2003 R2, you just have to turn it on and save yourself $600.
