Here is what our logon batch file looks like, might give you some ideas. You can see the first line that is rem'd out would disconnect all their printers, then the remain ones could connect to the new ones. are you using active directory? 
if so, you have to create a .bat file and assign it to a group. add the people to that group and relog them.

Yes, we're on AD but I need a sample login script. &nbsp;We've four groups &nbsp;-admins, Sales, HR and Exec. 
How would the login script look like and if different users share a workstation will that be an issue reconnecting to the printer after log off? &nbsp;

You can assign that script to everyone. &nbsp;Each group has their own section. &nbsp;Just modify the servername and printer name. &nbsp;When that info Posted it showed up a little run together.

I do understand your script but the con2prt.exe file is NO WHERE for download. &nbsp;I searched every where in the web can take me and that old NT file is no longer supported by MS. &nbsp;If you can send it to me, I will try your script. &nbsp;I've .bat file script running at the moment, I just need to add a line that will add network printers after login. &nbsp;

This script is pretty simple and you do not need third party executables. &nbsp;You can just run this script from your login script. &nbsp;For example, if you saved this script as printers.vbs, you would add a line that said: 
printers.vbs 
Or you could use: 
wscript printers.vbs 
 
This script is pretty basic, but if you want it even simpler, and do not need to assign different printers to differnt groups, you can erase everything after the 6th line and just use:

I am not sure if you have &quot;Printer.vbs&quot; as the first line. &nbsp;If it is in there, remove it. &nbsp;You do not need that in the script. 
 
Also, Make sure the printer's share name is HPLJ4345 (This should be on the Sharing tab of the Printer's Properties) 
 
I noticed the one under HR has a space after the two backslashes. 
 
I am attaching a modified version of this script that has 3 extra lines to display some extra info for testing purposes

Script to Change New IP addresses During logon.

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
