If you are going to use the same Cisco and reconfigure it for multiple static IP's it will make no difference in the traffic as it is all passing through the same equipment. If you wanted to get another connection and modem from your ISP, and use another Cisco and another public IP you would then be splitting the load.

So, from what you are saying, this will not help the vnp traffic between sites, unless we do it the way you say (makes sense) <br />
If we do end up doing that anyway ( not always up to me) I would have to change the pix and just the mx records of all the domains correct?<br />

We run exchange 2000. We have 1 static IP address for our main office and satellite offices email. All email s are through our 1 server. &nbsp;We are connected by cisco pix vpn.<br />
