Links to websites not working from OWA
One of my OWA users is unable to follow links to websites from her email messags. When she clicks on a link, she get an ID/Password prompt, and then says "Access Denied". This appears to be a problem with the particular computer that she is using. What could be causing this?
Links in OWA are filtered through a server-side script. In OWA 2003 (I assume this is what you have), the script name is redir.asp . Your user is probably having to log in to access it. See if you can find it in IIS Manager. It is in a directory named (I think) exchweb/bin . The folder exchweb usually has anonymous access enabled in IIS Manager, and the bin folder usually inherits the same setting. See if this matches what you find in IIS Manager.

I've gotten as far as determining that the problem is not with her machine, but with her profile. No one else has this problem, but she has the same problem on any machine she uses. The Exchange server is not under my control, and so I've bumped the problem up to the people who can look at it from the server side.
You really need to see the IIS Log file from the OWA server, so that you can tell if my theory regarding the redir.asp file is correct.

The server is hosted at another company - I don't have access to it. I'll have to wait to see what the people there say.
