Dell Powervault 745N Hell

Hi,
We have a powervault 745N system and recently it was restarted which resulted in a

Windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
Winnt_root\System32\Ntoskrnl.exe
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

Error message. We ordered the USB Key overnight but that damn thing doesn't have anything, it seems we will need the resource CD and installation CDs to make that work.. is there any way to get into the system and restore this file so we can get the system up and running.

Swapping the hardrives so it could boot from the recovery OS does not help as it gives the same error.
Please help.
