Any recommendation for backup Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Machines? I using ArcServe version 12 right and I'm not quit sure if they have an agent for Hyper-V server.

is there step-by-step in creating backup job to backup Hyper-V VMs in Arcserve 12?
There's nothing special to do to get that behavior... just backup the volume that contains the VM files.

Should I install the open file agent on Hyper-V server?
No, that's only required on systems that don't have Volume Shadow Services running.
