Granting Helpdesk users permission to manage printers on 2003 servers.
Hello Experts,
We would like our Helpdesk users to be able to manage printers on our Windows 2003 servers. I added their user accounts into the print operator group but they still can't add printers. Is there a user right or other permission that needs to be changed?
