How to setup load balancing on Netgeat FVX538?

I am having a problem with setting up load balancing on Netgear FVX538. I have two web servers that are running from two different ISP that connected to the router. So, if I activate LB without any protocol binding it works fine but it could drop an internet connection time to time for a few minutes while it switching between ISP which is not good. "Support" at Netgear advise me to use protocol binding to prevent that, but now I face a new problem. If I bind http to wan1 then my web server on wan2 is inaccessible from public IP. Ok, I sacrifice one web server that is not really public and will use it only on local network, but my wan1 web server is inaccessible as well. Remove binding - everything works fine for both servers but then I have that internet dropping problem. Any idea what do I do wrong and how to fix it?

I can google. Do you know how to fix my specific problem? Why does it drop internet connection if I don't setup load balancing? Why it blocks incoming traffic if I setup binding?
Does the connection drop "permanently" when load balancing is applied, or does it eventually begin working for you?

Connection was dropping for about 3 minuets and then it would come back. I called numbers of times to Netgear "support" and finally they told me that it is normal to experience connection interruption while router is switching from WAN1 to WAN2. So, I just sold this router.
