SQL install on 2003

I have a server running Server 2003 Standard R2 32 bit with SQL 2000.  I want to upgrade to SQL 2005.  Will SQL 2005 run on Server 2003 Standard  R2 32 bit?  I am 99% certain that it will but I am just looking for confirmation.
