Does Cisco Router port need special VLAN entires when 802.1q VLAN trunk is connected?

I have an L2 switch with multiple vlans, lets say 1,2 and 3. I configured the uplink port-25 as 802.1q trunk so that all vlans are added as tagged. No problem so far. I want to connect this vlan uplink trunk port to a cisco router port. The Cisco port is configured with an ip-address and subnet mask of vlan 1. The same port is also configured with and two subports for vlan 2 and vlan 3 subnets and masks.  Do I need any special vlan config commands for the Cisco port connection?
