I have a large amount of email messages and attachments of various sizes that are currently stored in my inbox in a folder called knowledge, with branches of subfolders that contain mails and attachments on a wide range of products/services. I have kept these folders for years, and use them repeatedly throughout my working day, using the search facility. We are about to get limits imposed on our e-mails and this one folder will way beyond exceed this. I would like to keep the same sort of structure and ease of searching. what would be the most efficient way of handling this? is there a way to put this on the web via a site and still be able to see the content of e-mail messages ? or rather use autoarchive? if so can i make outlook load this archive every time outlook starts ?
