Exchange 2003 sp2 installationa on SBS 2003 Standard

The following error appears when I attempt to install Exchange 2003 sp2.

Exchange has been working on this Dell server for about 2 years. This is an OEM installation that I inherited about one year ago.

Any thoughts?

So did you run Adprep and Domain Prep And try to install again?

No. I assume this had to be done initially to install Exchange 2003. I have installed service packs on stand alone Exchange 2000 and 2003 servers but did not have to prepare the schema each time as this suggests.
Does SBS 2003 have this unique requirement?
