Managing Quotas in User's Persoanal Folders

I'm trying to apply a 100 MB quota to the users personal folders on our server.  I setup a quota and assigned it to the root of the users share but that applied a 100 MB quota to the whole folder not 100 MB to each folder.  I have 100s of user personal folders.  Am I going to have to go to each folder and setup quotas for each individual folder or is there an easier way?

What you need to do when you set the quota is select 'Auto apply template and create quotas on existing and new subfolders' when you create a new quota. This will set the quota limit for each user to 100MB, for example. If you don't select this and choose the default option instead, it will set the quota of 100MB for the whole drive.
