The color of an item on the ToDo bar is based on the item's category. &nbsp;I can provide a script that automatically assigns an appointment to a category based on its start time. &nbsp;Will that work for you?

That works, thanks BlueDevilFan. &nbsp;Sometimes it assigns the new category to the same event multiple times, I'm not sure why, but not a big deal. &nbsp;Also it marks anything between 6 AM and 9:59 AM since the Hour is still 9, if you know what I mean. &nbsp;I adjusted it to this:<br />

I agree that that line should stop it from happening, but I can recreate it by changing the time on a recurring appointment, as long as the new time still falls within the parameters. &nbsp;Maybe I'll debug it if I can, when I get a chance.
