There are two, this one has the full role, I am in the proccess of migrating to a new DC running 2008.<br />

What I find odd is when I try on the otehr dc, it asks me when I copy a file from y workstation to the desktop of the DC#1 &quot;&nbsp;do you want to copy files from this zone&quot;

Then check IE security settings on that DC. Start IE, tools, Internet options, Security, Local Intranet, Custom Level.<br />
Check if settings about launching .exe files are set to 'disable'

I am not even able to drag and drop formt eh container folder to my desktop.<br />

I figured out how to get the file to install.<br />
<br />
I copied form anotehr server to the desktop, just the .exe.<br />
<br />
If you have thoughts on my permission error, I will still award poitns to you since you have been helpful.

I recently downloaded powerchute on my workstation and then moved a copy of powerchute to the desktops of the servers I neeed to installt his application on. Upon tryign to even open the file for install I receive and error saying I do nto have permissions ( see attachment)<br />

I am at a loss as to why I can execute on all other machines but not this one, any one have any details on my permission error?<br />

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter.
