wIN XP PRO BSOD Bug Check 0x0000007e

Hi. Have a Toshiba A7 running XP Pro SP2 and receiving the attached error message which I copied from the event viewer. I'm hoping someone will be able to advise what this may be related to (hardware/software) I've found a few fixes reccommended but the only drawback is the Blue Screen that occurs has only happened about 7 times in 14 months. I would like to try to pinpoint where the problem is occuring if possible from the error message provided. The laptop has been reimaged a few times and the PCB has been replaced and RAM tested with MEMtest. Any help appreciated. Thanks

It is more than likely a driver issue. Download the latest drivers for your laptop from Toshiba. Here is a Microsoft article referencing your error:

Laptop has the latest BIOS and drivers installed. There has been mention it could be related to Nortons Anti Virus or issues with SP2 but my knowledge relating to error codes is limited.
