Need Help installing an SSL Certificate for Apache mod_ssl - RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost.K15700' does NOT match server name!?

I am installing a Network Solutions Certificate in an apache mod_ssl configuration. I have 15 years of Linux experience, but this is my first SSL Certificate for eCommerce.

After updating the /etc/httpd/conf/modules.d/41_mod_ssl.... certificate file for the vhost, the following error comes in the ssl_error_log

[Thu Jul 17 22:18:13 2008] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost.K15700' does NOT match server name!?
[Thu Jul 17 22:19:19 2008] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost.K15700' does NOT match server name!?
[Thu Jul 17 22:19:23 2008] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `localhost.K15700' does NOT match server name!?

Suggestions?
