You definitely don't use PFDAVAdmin, as that's for public folders, not user's mailboxes.<br />

If a user wants to grant other users access to their mailbox then they need to just grant delegate access using Outlook. &nbsp;<br />

Ok I was using that tool having searched in EE and it being suggested for this issue. However I had already tried the granting ownership of the mailbox and all subfolders to no effect - Hence the using the PFDAVAdmin. So ANY suggestions welcome

You shouldn't be &quot;granting ownership&quot; of the mailbox, but rather providing delegate access. &nbsp;How are you trying to do this?<br />

Well, the best way to do it is to open Outlook and click Tools &gt;&nbsp;Options &gt;&nbsp;Delegates tab.<br />
<br />
Then, in Outlook 2007, you'll get a window that looks like the one below, that will allow you to set permissions for each folder in Outlook.<br />
<br />
Be sure that Outlook is saving email to an .ost file and not a .pst file.<br />
<br />
If you aren't willing to do this the way I've suggested, then I can't really be of help to you.<br />

I have a problem giving users access to the subfolders of others inboxes. I have tried through the PFDAVAdmin tool but even if iImake them a full owner of the mailbox and they attach the mailbox in their out look it still only shows the root inbox and not the subfolders.<br />
Not sure what the next step is
