PXE Boot Error with Symantec Ghost

I am trying to setup a PXE and think I have everything setup right however when i try to connect with a client I keep getting under my TFTP server log
TFTP Read C:\TFTPBOOT\mba.pxe from 192.168.20.153 Abort
TFTP Read C:\TFTPBOOT\mba.pxe from 192.168.20.153 Timeout

I have tried everything i can think of any thoughts

i'm having similar issues and would like to know what services TFTP uses that might be blocked at the router and switch level.
