can not install SAS raid controller drivers

I have Dell Power Edge 1950 server, i want to install SBS 2003 on this machine. i tried Dell OpenManage server Assistant cd but its show error " can not find boot media "

I also try boot from sbs 2003 cd and press F6 during setup, but cant successful. i try to create usbflash F6 utility but its also show error.

can anybody show me how to create flash F6 utility for raid drivers

Win setup uses a 3,5 floppy disk do load drivers. Sometimes using a usb per is possible but not always.
2 roads:
1) create the floppy and boot the server via SBS2003 cd with F6
2) Boot from the dell cd that will preload right drivers. If cd is broken call dell and they will help you at least sending another cd.

I know about this floopy options, but there is no floopy drive in Power Edge 1950.

I have dell Server Assistant cd but its show error while loading " can not load bootable drive"

any other solutions ??

1) buy a usb floppy.

2) read point 2 of preceding answer: Call Dell to have another CD or download via Dell's Site and burn it.
