Outlook automatically connects to Exchange only if you have Exchange 2007. It has a new feature called Autodiscover. And you should be using Outlook 2007 as well for it to work.

I have sbs 2003 with roaming profiles enabled. Everything works fine except email. When a user swaps pc's outlook asks them to connect to exchange and setup email. How do I get it to automaticly connect to exchange?<br />
