We are running exchange 2003 SP2 with +/- 25 users and having the following problem:
If an email is send from internal to email@example.com the message should be copied to a Public folder. Also when firstname.lastname@example.org sends an email back to a internal address(new or reply) it should be copied to a Public folder.
I tried to use mail enabled public folders but users have to add an internal email adress to the cc manually because email@example.com for example is an hotmail address. I also tried to make server side rules but dont want to this manually for every client. It has to be done at server level.
I have found software called mapilab to do this but first want to make sure that this isn't possible in exchange.
I hope someone can help me with this.
