Accessibilty Options is missing in Control Panel

We use a corperate image and Accessibilty Options is missing from control panel. I have tried running accwiz but get error saying windows cannot find it. I have looked in gpedit but cannot see anything. Is there a way to reinstall the options? The specific ones we need are the display tab in Accessibilty Options.

Any help would be great.
